On the bench

Single colour packs exist for the jobs where colour carries meaning. Green reads as go, as safe, as powered up — which makes these the brick to reach for on a signal gantry, a control console, a reactor glow, or the running lights along one side of a vessel. The two by three size spreads the light along a span rather than concentrating it at a point.

How it behaves in a build

Switching is by rotation, clockwise on and anticlockwise off, with the cell inside the brick and no external wiring. Builders have used these as a straightforward upgrade to an existing model, which is a fair description: nothing about the build has to change, you swap an ordinary brick for a lit one and the model gains a feature. Six gives you a run of lights rather than a single accent.
